What a creative story.  Megg has created a unique world full of magic, and gifted individuals who possess unnatural abilities.  This story gives you a old world setting but the characters give off the modern day interactions.  It has perfect balance.  It has action, romance, and deciept, which keeps you guessing on what will happen next.  I gave this three stars only because it was slow at parts for me, but it is a younger YA book.  Enjoy!
